We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly; However, to ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or change. If a cancellation or change is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account.

We recommend that you contact us in advance at (425) 880-9900 if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
